ONLINE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REVIEW APPLICATIONS

Welcome to the City of Oviedo’s online applications for Planning & Development Review projects. On this web page, applicants will find links to our online application portal, online payment system, applications and forms.

The City has digitized the submission for all applications. However, if an applicant desires to provide hardcopy/paper documents for city staff to upload or scan, a charge of $5.00 per page/sheet will be assessed. 

Pre-Application Conference

The City of Oviedo encourages all applicants to attend a pre-application conference prior to applying online. The City offers pre-application conferences every Wednesday beginning at 1:30 PM, which consist of a group of staff with different disciplines to answer development questions and provide guidance through the City’s development process, at no cost to the applicant. If interested, please fill out the pre-application form, available below and email it to nangel@cityofoviedo.net.
