    7. Please include a copy of your lease (with all signatures and a color copy of the Driver's License/Photo ID for each adult listed on the lease

    8. Please include a copy of your Settlement Statement (with both buyer and seller signatures) or the signed Warranty Deed. If you do not have either, you can complete the BUYER'S AFFIDAVIT (PDF on the Utility Page) and have it notarized. Please provide a color copy of the Driver's License/Photo ID for each adult listed on the Settlement Statement or Warranty Deed.

    9. A deposit in the amount of $100.00 for Water, $125.00 for Sewer and $50.00 for Irrigation (if available) is due  when  establishing services. There is  also a $10.00 connection/transfer fee. 

    10. Bills  are due when rendered, and are delinquent if not paid within 10 days of the bill date. Delinquent accounts  accrue a penalty of 10% of  the delinquent amount after a period of 30 days from the bill date. Accounts delinquent for a period of 40 days from the bill date are subject to having the services disconnected.  Any service  scheduled for disconnection  due to non-payment will be assessed  a disconnection processing fee. Service shall remain  disconnected until all delinquent amounts  and  the disconnection processing fee have been paid in full. For after hour reconnections, there is an additional fee.

    11. It is unlawful for individuals to tamper, turn on,  or reconnect disconnected water service. All violators shall be  prosecuted and may be subject to a fine of $200.00 (First Violation), $300.00 (Second, or more) per Code Section  54-29 and Current Utility Rate, Charges & Fee Resolution.

    12. This agreement shall take effect immediately upon execution by all involved parties and shall supersede any and all former agreements related to this property.

    13. Electronic Signature Agreement
      By checking the "I agree" box below, you agree and acknowledge that 1) your application will not be signed in the sense of a traditional paper document, 2) by signing in this alternate manner, you authorize your electronic signature to be valid and binding upon you to the same force and effect as a handwritten signature, and 3) you may still be required to provide a traditional signature at a later date.
