Bob Pollack has lived in the Central Florida area his entire life. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He completed his MBA at Rollins College in November 2016. He has almost 20 years of municipal finance experience ranging from positions as an auditor, an accountant, an analyst, and a commodities trader.
Bob and his wife, Erin, have three children who moved to Oviedo for the exceptional schools and the family friendly environment that Oviedo provides. Bob is dedicated to bringing a young family voice to the Oviedo City Council.
He has been an active member of many Oviedo organizations. He has been on the board of directors for The Oviedo Preservation Project, the Oviedo-Winter Springs Chamber of Commerce, the Oviedo HOA Presidents’ Association, and the Waverlee Woods Homeowners’ Association. He was appointed to the Oviedo Planning, Zoning, and Appeals Board in 2011. He served as the vice-chairman of the Land Planning Agency for the city of Oviedo. He is an active member and volunteer at Most Precious Blood Catholic Church. Also, he is an Eagle Scout and the Committee Chairman for Cub Scout Pack 139 in Oviedo, FL.
He is committed to making Oviedo a place where families can work, play, and live. He has the municipal experience and a working knowledge of Oviedo that will help Oviedo achieve all of its goals by serving on the city council.
