A meeting will not be held if there are no items required for Local Planning Agency (LPA) recommendation or approval. The minutes for each meeting will be presented and approved at the next available LPA meeting. Therefore, the minutes are not posted until approved by the LPA.

This board considers applications for comprehensive plan amendments, land development code amendments, zoning map amendments, deviations to land development code standards associated with the building permit applications, special exception use orders, preliminary subdivision plans, planned unit developments, master land use plans and development agreements.
