Utilities Rates & Fees

 

The City’s Code of Ordinances provide for Utility rates, charges and fees to be set by resolution of the City Council. On April 15, 2010, the City Council adopted Resolution 2146-10, restating existing City Utility rates, charges and fees and establishing rates, charges and fees for utility service in the Alafaya Utilities service area upon acquisition by the City.
