Welcome to the City of Oviedo's Online Customer Service Center for your City utility account.

Now you can review and pay your City utility bill online, anytime, get your utility information and pay your bill over the telephone or request your bill be sent electronically to your e-mail inbox.

Please note that in order to use our online services, you must have: 

  • E-mail. Your pin will be sent to this account. 
  • Internet Browser (Explorer, Netscape, etc.) must be capable of 128-bit encryption.  

If you have difficulty accessing our Online Services, please verify this with your software manufacturer or internet service provider and upgrade your browser if necessary.

Pay your bill the easy way over the telephone.  Use the IVR system to obtain information on your bill or to pay your bill.

We accept Master Card and Visa.

Automatic Bank Draft payment is now available for your utility account.  Your pre-authorized payment will be debited directly from your checking or savings account for the exact amount of you monthly utility bill.  This transaction will occur on your billing due date.
